Morning Coffee
What a great invention coffee is. It is truly a substance our body desires, craves and needs every morning. Some drink more than others and now days, there seems to be a new kind of coffee drink or “store” that hits the market. But the true coffee connoisseur, always stick to the plain and simple brew. Coffee at is best is just simply mixed with water; there is where it develops its best flavors, best aromas and true identity. What about the people that make the coffee? If you really sit there and think of it you will come to reason and realize that just as much as the coffee the people that make it may be the key to that great cup of Joe that you zip to every morning.
Baristas is what they are called now days, they have extremely early mornings to make it to work and make sure that all of us are able to really get there later that morning and get our coffee without any issues. These people, that as soon we walk in to the store’s door see our face and already know what our body desires, and may not even ask “what can I get for you today”, deserve a lot of respect and patience, they truly make our mornings a thousand times better by simply making it into work, so please next time you are in your favorite coffee shop, let them know just how much you appreciate them.
