Recently Launched Apple’s iPad Disappoints Customers on Account of Poor Connectivity
Apple’s latest venture, iPad might get into a huge trouble due to its issues with the WiFi connectivity and lack of enthusiasm on part of the manufacturer in finding a solution to the problem.
The first day of sales witnessed an overwhelming response from the customers with sale of around 300,000 iPads. However, the sales were closely followed by hundreds of complaints of slow WiFi connections, resulting in problems with connecting as well as being connected for a while. Apple’s support forum also received a lot of posts stating the problem in connectivity, even in areas with good connections.
Though the problem has been acknowledged by the manufacturer, the real source of problem has not been identified. Apple has suggested that the users try resetting of networks of their iPads or try to split up the dual band routers into different networks. Some solutions such as setting of the router have not been suggested as it might have other issues such as problems in connected to a non-personal WiFi network. In the meanwhile, users have also been suggesting solutions such as software updates or re-positioning of antennas.
The problem with connectivity in addition to the not so enthusiastic response from the manufacturer might result in discouraging the potential buyers, who are still considering buying the product. Some people have already started speculating that the problem might lead to a total recall of the product as there seems to be no other problem but the product itself.
